The service
The service is a cloud ERP for multi-location businesses, covering inventory and inter-branch transfers, finance and accounting, point of sale, HR and payroll, and AI-assisted network insights. The modules and location limits available to you depend on your plan and order form.
Accounts and users
- You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep login credentials confidential.
- Account administrators are responsible for adding users, assigning roles and removing access for people who leave.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, and must tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
Your data
Your organisation owns the business data it enters or imports, including branch stock, sales, financial records and employee data. You grant us permission to host and process that data only to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for having the right to upload it, including employee and customer information.
AI recommendations
Forecasts, anomaly flags and transfer or reorder suggestions are generated from your data to support decisions. They are not guarantees of future demand or outcomes. Decisions to approve transfers, change prices, post entries or act on any recommendation remain yours.
Tax and statutory outputs
The service prepares invoices, tax data and payroll calculations based on the configuration and data you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing filings and meeting your tax, labour and statutory obligations.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data or bypass role and location restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Do not upload malicious code or content you have no right to use.
Fees and billing
Fees, billing frequency and contract term are set out in your order form or plan. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to schedule maintenance outside trading hours where possible. Point-of-sale counters are designed to continue billing offline during connectivity interruptions and to sync when the connection returns.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end the subscription as set out in the order form. We may suspend access for serious breach of these terms or non-payment after notice. On termination, you can export your data within the period agreed, after which it is deleted except where retention is required by law.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them as the service changes and will notify account administrators of material changes. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
